At Slipra, we want you to feel confident about your order from the moment it arrives.
Instant Return with the Courier
You can check your order while the courier is still present.
If the item is not suitable, you may return it immediately with the courier at the time of delivery. The return will be accepted on the spot, and you will only be responsible for the shipping fees.
No Returns After Delivery
Once the order has been accepted and received from the courier, returns will no longer be available.
No Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges.

الترجيع الفوري مع المندوب
تقدري تفتحي الطلب وتراجعي المنتج أثناء وجود مندوب الشحن.
لو المنتج مش مناسب ليكي، تقدري ترجعيه فورًا مع المندوب وقت الاستلام. هيتم قبول الترجيع في نفس اللحظة، وهتدفعي مصاريف الشحن فقط.
لا يوجد استرجاع بعد الاستلام
بعد استلام الطلب من مندوب الشحن، مش هيكون متاح استرجاع المنتج بعد كده.
